When travelling, be it for leisure or for work, questions often come to mind. On this page we have gathered the answers to the most frequently asked questions. If you do not find an answer to your questions, you can contact our staff directly. We will be happy to assist you.

Yes, you can safely leave your car in our internal courtyard, closed by an electric gate and guarded. For minibuses, our reserved loading/unloading area in front of the entrance can be used. With us, parking is free of charge.
Our reception is always open 24 hours a day, with our colleague Giorgio ready to provide assistance even at night!
Throughout the Hotel the Wi-Fi connection is fast, protected by the USERNAME and PASSWORD that we will provide upon your arrival, and totally free to use.
Four-legged friends are welcome at Suite Inn Hotel. Their stay costs 8 Euros, to be paid upon departure as an extra cleaning service charge.

On the day of departure, you can leave your luggage with us at the reception, we will keep it for as long as you need. You can also leave it in your room where we will pick it up for you, so that you don’t have to think about anything.
You can both check in and check out at any time since our reception is always open. On the day of arrival, the rooms are available around lunchtime. If you plan to arrive earlier, please let us know and we will try to make the room available to you as soon as possible. On the day of check out the room should be vacated by 11. If you have different requirements, ask us and we will gladly find a solution!
