Your “good morning” begins with our buffet breakfast !
We prepare breakfast with care thinking not only of the palate but remembering that presentation is important too.
You can choose from our selection of fresh beverages, confectionery and various biscuits, fresh pastries and Italian croissants of various types and fragrant white and brown bread straight from the oven, delivered at dawn by our own regular bakery (run by women too, oh yes!).
Honey from the apiaries of Friuli has a curious name derived from the particular plant that provides the pollen and grows on the shorelines of the Tagliamento River.
Organic, natural jams are from the local Carnia area to guarantee flavour and wholesomeness.
They also go well with our selection of cheeses and cold cuts for palates that prefer savoury foods.
The fantasy of fruit is completed with a choice of cereals and little surprises offered by the season.
Hot beverages are served as part of a competition to make the best cappuccino, but if the coffee is good, it is thanks to our master coffee maker Paolo, who carefully selects the blend and roast and adds his own passion for the art.
The milk too is from Friuli, delivered in the early morning by the cheerful Mattia the milkman who also brings yoghurt and butter from the nearby dairy.
We prepare a special breakfast for our guest with gluten intolerance, with products certified in accordance with the handbook and following the rules: the Suite Inn Hotel is recommended and certified by the Italian Coeliac Association Associazione Italiana Celiachia.
Daily newspapers and periodicals are provided for a first reading.
Our buffet breakfast is open from 7 to 10 am approximately.
Breakfast can be specially prepared for early morning departures.
Breakfast can be served in the room on request.
